ONE DAY ONLY PAGEANT: November 7, 2010
2011 INFORMATION

1. Fill out your application (hand written is fine)
2. Send Application with$100 Banner/Application Fee
(non refundable/checks payable to Crowning Moment Productions)
3. You will be notified if your application is accepted. Once
notified you will receive your full contestant packet.

If you withdraw from the pageant your title will be revoked and you will need to return banner.
ALL payments are NON REFUNDABLE!!

Requirements:

$100 Banner/Application Fee ($50 Banner Application Fee/$50 towards Entry Fee)
Entry Fee $475 (pay in full and receive additional $25 off = $400 Entry Fee)
Full Page Ad $200 (due one month prior to pageant)
Send with your Application:
Copy of your Driver's License, Marriage License, and Birth Certificate
Due one month before the Pageant Date:
Judges' Questionairre and Personal Statement (8 copies of each)
Oregon Food Bank Donation (to be announced)
Sell 10 Pre Sale Tickets

Wardrobe Requirements:
Swimsuit (your choice of color) must be solid color with matching colored (no pattern) sarong. Sarong's
WILL be worn the whole swimsuit competition
Evening Gown of your Choice check with us before you buy!!
Opening Number Interview Suit
Interview skirt or pant suit of your choice
Appearance Wear black pants (no jeans), banners, and red shirt.

NO ONE is allowed back stage except for staff!

Hair and Make Up is on your own.

Your family will not be allowed back stage to help gather your
items, they must wait for you at the loading dock on the side of
the theater.

8-10am Group Appearance on AM/NW followed by a group breakfast.
(we will set up an appearance at the VA Hospital or Children's Hospital
for those that can make it)

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2010

5pm Welcome Cocktail Party (husbands optional) TBA with Former Mrs
Oregon's and Staff

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2010

7:30am Show up the theater to organize in the dressing room
8:00am Orientation for the day's events
8:30am Rehearsal
10:45am Release from Rehearsal
12:00pm Interview begins
2:00pm Interview ends/Lunch
2:45pm Places and ready to go
3:00pm SHOW BEGINS
