(Contestants are required to sell 10 tickets @ $15 each and bring 2 cases of canned food
for the Oregon Food Bank)
Official Rules:
You must be over 18 years of age and married.
You must provide proof of age, marriage, residency, and US citizenship.
Cannot hold another title for another system.
How to Enter:
1. Download and print out applicaion. Fill it out (in pen hand-printed).
2. Pick a Local Title that you would like to represent and put on top of application.
2. Send it in with $100 applicaion fee and photo of yourself (head-shot only).
Fee Policy:
Any money given to the pageant office is non-refundable, no exceptions. If a contestant wishes to
withdraw from the pageant, that contesant may carry over their money to the next consecutive year
only! If a contestant withdraws from the pageant 45 days prior to the pageant date the contestant will
forfeit all money paid with NO REFUND OR CARRY OVER. Unfortunate experiences have lead us to this
determination.
