Mrs Oregon Pageant

Taryn and her husband Mike are from southwest
Portland, where Taryn works in the financial
services industry as a recruiter. Outside of the
office she enjoys snowboarding, golf, camping,
and watching college football. Taryn is the
co-director for the for a local Scholarship
Program. Taryn plans to spend her year
continuing her work with Teen and Young
Women showing them that achievements can
be made if the effort and determination is put
forth. Taryn is a living example of perseverance
and it paid off.

Taryn is currently in the process of preparing for the Mrs America
Pageant. This year the pageant will once again be held at the Lowes
Ventana Canyon in Tucson Arizona on September 2nd. This is a very
exciting time for Taryn as she is working hard to represent the state she
loves with grace and dignity. We are very proud of the impact that
Taryn has made on young women and can't wait to see her accomplish
her goal to win "Mrs America 2009".
