7:30am Show up the theater to organize in
the dressing room
8:00am Orientation for the day's events
8:30am Rehearsal
10:45am Release from Rehearsal
12:00pm Interview begins
2:00pm Interview ends/Lunch
2:45pm Places and ready to go
3:00pm SHOW BEGINS

Our location has a small dressing area, we ask
that you do not have visitors back stage. Please
have your family meet you at the back stage
door to help you with your stuff. There will be
assistance with hair and makeup (for touch up
and eyelash application only) by Rumors Salon.

ONE DAY ONLY PAGEANT ~ November 7, 2010 ~ 3pm

STEP ONE
READ all the information below on Qualifications, Fees, and Wardrobe then
fill out the OFFICIAL APPLICATION (downloadable application on this page) and select what city or county
you would like to represent.

STEP TWO
send in OFFICIAL APPLICATION (hand written is fine) along with your $100 Application Fee(all fees and
payments are non-refundable). Send along with a copy of your Birth Certificate, a copy of your Marriage
License, and a copy of your Oregon Driver's License. Make checks payable to Crowning Moment
Productions.

You will be notified if your application is accepted. Once notified you will receive your full contestant packet
via email.

If you withdraw from the pageant your title will be revoked and you will need to return banner.
ALL payments are NON REFUNDABLE!!

Qualifications, Fees, and Wardrobe
All paperwork and fees due October 10, 2010.

QUALIFICATIONS:
~you must be 18 years of age
~you must be married
~you must be an Oregon resident for a minimum of 6 months
~you may not have entered in the Mrs America Pageant in the past
~you are required to attend 6 mandatory appearances(others are at the titleholders availability)
~you must be willing and able to attend the Mrs America Pageant in April 2011

Entry Fee is $475 - $50 paid in application fee = TOTAL $425

One Full Page Ad $200
required sale of one Ad Page. This ad will be posted on the website as well as in the Official Program Book
sold the day of the pageant. Details on the Ad Page are in the Official Contestant's Packet.

10 Pageant Tickets Sold
required is for you to sell 10 tickets at a pre-sale price of $15 each. After October 10, 2010 tickets will go up
to $25.

"Community Box for Hunger" Outreach
each of you will receive a box to decorate. Please decorate in coordination of you community highlights (if
from the beach, using sand and shells etc). You will then bring those boxes to the pageant (you can collect
money before hand and are encouraged to) and they will be displayed. The one that collects the most
money between now and the pageant will win the "People's Choice Award" and a Mini Spa Day. All
proceeds will go to the state Charity of Choice the OREGON FOOD BANK.

Hotel Stay
we have a $65 rate with the Wilsonville La Quinta that has a wonderful breakfast. Room block will be made
under Mrs Oregon Pageant in September.

WARDROBE REQUIREMENTS

Swimsuit (your choice of color) must be solid color with matching colored (no pattern) sarong. Sarong's
WILL be worn the whole swimsuit competition
Evening Gown of your Choice check with us before you buy!!
Opening Number black pants and red top.
Interview Suit (Interview skirt or pant suit of your choice)
Appearance Wear black pants and white pants (no jeans), banners, and red shirt.

Contestant's Receive:
Banner, Crown Pin, Photos, Video, Meals,
Workshops, Arbonne by Joan Merrill Gift, and
Gift Packs on Pageant Day.

Mrs Oregon Receives:
$15,000 Smile Makeover, Airfare,
accommidations, and meals for Nationals,
Costume Rental for Nationals, Gown Rental for
Nationals, Interview Suit Rental for Nationals,
Tux for Husband for Nationals, Crown, Banner,
Flowers, Award, $300 towards National Ad
Page, Arbonne, Personal Training, Personal
Coaching, Private Labeled Wine, over $500 in
event fees paid, trip to the Mrs Idaho Pageant
and Mrs Washington Pageant (if available on
those dates to attend), and many more gifts and
prizes.
